Barbara Nuss, CPA is founder of Profit Soup, a financial training and benchmarking firm in Seattle, Washington. She combines the management and teaching skills of a seasoned business advisor with the technical knowledge of a CPA. She has worked with business owners and managers across the United States, Canada and Australia, providing them with knowledge and inspiration to improve their businesses and business lives and to proactively create the financial futures of their companies.

Barb has authored financial benchmark studies and customized financial training for many franchises, buying groups, co-ops and trade associations. She is a frequent conference speaker, delivering financial and management topics in a non-threatening, no-nonsense, naturally approachable style. She has a talent for taking the mystery out of the numbers and for inspiring business leaders to embrace practical KPI review routines that keep everyone focused on activities that count.

Mike Rozman is CEO and co-founder of BoeFly.com, the online marketplace connecting business borrowers with 5,000+ lenders. Mike is passionate about helping small business owners most efficiently secure competitive financing to start a business or grow an existing business. He’s been committed to bringing innovation to the franchise industry so brands can successfully address the unique capital access needs of their new and existing franchisees.

Previously, Mike was the president and co-founder of Edgeware Analytics, the company that served as the founding platform for BoeFly. Prior to starting Edgeware in 2003, Mike was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in its Global Bank.
Mike earned a dual-MBA from Columbia Business School and the London Business School and a BS from Boston College.

Mike serves on the International Franchise Association’s Supplier Board and in 2013 became a Certified Franchise Executive.

Kevin Wilson, CFE, CEO & President, Buzz Franchise Brands

Kevin Wilson is the CEO and President of Buzz Franchise Brands and has held the position since July 2012. Prior to this, Kevin was a Senior Managing Director with Envest Ventures where he oversaw $160M across three funds that made 28 investments, four of which were franchisors. Before joining Envest, Kevin was a Senior Managing Director of Discovery Americas, a private equity fund based in Mexico City, Mexico. Utilizing his experience in the airline industry, he developed a business plan and co-founded Volaris, (NYSE: VLRS) an ultra low cost airline. His career includes being CEO of South African Airways Technical, the independently owned maintenance operation of South African Airways, based in Johannesburg, South Africa; the CEO and Founder of Benny’s Bagels, a franchisor of retail bagel stores based in Dallas, Texas. Kevin began his business career working for Bain and Company as a consultant in Toronto, Canada and Dallas, Texas.

Kevin obtained his business degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Kevin and his wife Katy live in Virginia Beach, Virginia with their three children.
